Jordan was an athlete as soon as she came kicking out of the womb. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2011. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, varying in age and athletic ability.

Whether you're looking to shed a few pounds, sculpt your legs like a thoroughbred, learn dynamic movements, build a booty like Beyoncé, or just get yourself moving, she's got something up her sleeve for you.

Jordan's goal as a trainer is to create fun, safe, and effective programs tailored to her clients' needs. She believes that movement is a fundamental practice in life that will ultimately lead you to greater health, vitality, and happiness.
