Relax in restorative yoga poses using a variety of supportive props while receiving therapeutic touch from an LMT with over 20 years of massage therapy experience. This is a group class (limit of 4 people) designed to promote ultimate relaxation, mindfulness, and peace. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring and extra cozy layer if needed for warmth. Class length 90 min. $50 per person. Prepayment is required to hold your space. Tiffany will contact you after you sign up to arrange payment.
