She Will Rise 6 month Recovery Group Coaching Program and Individual Sessions
This six month program is here for you if you are needing to find new ways to support your recovery journey. Each month a new topic will be covered that include Foundations of Recovery, Body Love Learning, Your Scared Emotions, Honing your intuition, Connect to your self and others, Integrating Skills into your life. These topics will be explored with yoga, breathe work, coaching exercises so that at the end of six months you will know what it is that is essential for you to have in your life to support yourself on a daily basis.
