Rachel violet

Licensed massage Therapist

Rachel has been a practicing massage therapist for 18 years. She attended East West College of the Healing Arts, and is still learning every day.  She likes to take a therapeutic approach to bodywork, meaning each session is different, depending on your needs that day. She has trained in deep tissue/sports massage, myofascial release, Swedish, acupressure, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, reiki and craniosacral therapy.

Rachel feels healing is an ongoing process in life, on all levels. She truly believes that bodywork is part of a preventative and curative care regimen. It's a cooperative effort, so she strives to work with her clients to make sure that they get the most out of each session and an improved quality of life.

Leigh Caruana

"Thank you for the tragedy. I need it for my art"

2 loves, 1 life.  Skincare has been a 15 year passage into the hearts and minds of people from all walks of life.  Leigh's love for beauty as an art, has been an opening into healing as an art; knowing that how we express ourselves on the outside has so much to do with how we feel within.  Utilizing Reiki energy work in her treatments, as well as a love for astrology, numerology and tarot, she seeks to connect with her clients on a level beyond skin deep.  Her intention is to help ignite the glow that already resides within.

Leigh's own experience diving deep into her soul and healing through astrology, has led her to expand her work into doing natal chart readings within this sacred space, built on bridging gaps.

She invites you to entertain possibilities and be inspired by your own journey; building your strengths from owning your weaknesses, and working with universal energies as a way of letting go, of having faith, most of all in yourself.  A journey far beyond what is visible on the surface, although that will look spectacular too:)

Hannah Brie

Born and raised in LA I dove head first into all that is beauty. I had terrible skin as a high schooler and my first experience with an esthetician after she helped me clear up my skin had piqued my interest in this career. I worked at an amazing day spa in LA where I learned a lot about the industry and how to run a business. I then moved to Portland in 2008 and opened Breathe with Leigh and Rachel and really honed my craft of skin care, waxing, spray tans, and becoming the lash queen of portland. I love what I do, I love the constant state of learning this industry offers and I love making my clients feel beautiful. I moved to Boise in 2018 to be closer to my sister and her growing family. I am so sad to be leaving Portland, my friends, and my clients but I will definitely be back for guest spots so keep your ears and eyes open for me! If you know anyone in Boise please send them my way!

Dr. Nathaniel S. Brigham MD

Medical aesthetics

Nate is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine.  After graduating medical school from Tulane University in New Orleans, he served in the US Navy as a flight surgeon stationed at Whidbey Island, Washington.  There he developed a love for the Pacific Northwest.  He moved to Portland in 2009 and completed Internal Medicine Residency training at Oregon Health and Science University.  Since that time he has been practicing medicine in Portland as a Hospitalist.

Spurred on by his wife, Nate began exploring the practice of medical aesthetics.  He completed extensive training and continues to study new techniques.  During this process he has seen first hand the dramatic results achievable with neuromodulators (Botox) and hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers (Juvederm/Restylane), results that are usually superior, more natural appearing, and far less invasive than the surgical alternatives.  Witnessing the positive emotional and physical impact this created for patients convinced him of the benefits of medical aesthetics.  Nate enjoys helping patients achieve a natural more youthful appearing self. Find out more about the doctor on his website at

Book an appointment with him here or contact him by phone at 503-688-9235 or email.

The ensō (円相 , "circle") is a Japanese symbol representing absolute enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and mu (the void).

In Zen Buddhism, an ensō is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.

The Douglas fir is Oregon's state tree. For us it represents this place we've made our home.
